Who made Decisiontect

Decisiontect is made by Business Consultants for Digital Solutions, LLC (BC-DS), of Rockville, Maryland. Its two authors are Monica M. Hernandez and Daniel A. Montero.

Monica M. Hernandez

Decision Architect, PMP and Systems Designer. Founder of Business Consultants for Digital Solutions, LLC.

With over 25 years at the intersection of strategy and execution, Monica leads product development and the technical architecture of BC-DS’s platforms. She is the author of the four BC-DS frameworks, among them the Solo Decision Architecture (SDA) and the Business Decision Architecture (BDA), and Daniel is co-author of each.

Daniel A. Montero

Decision Architect and Systems Designer. Co-Founder of Business Consultants for Digital Solutions, LLC.

A multi-sector entrepreneur and strategist, Daniel spent two decades at the intersection of business transformation and organizational behavior, where he saw the same structural failure repeat across industries: the absence of decision architecture. He is co-author of the four BC-DS frameworks and leads BC-DS’s strategic direction.

Where it came from

2025. Convoking4, BC-DS’s earlier platform for decisions in digital transformation and project management, with a method in four phases.
July 2025. Convoking4 receives the 2025 Global Recognition Award in Digital Transformation and Project Management.
26 February 2026. Business Decision Architecture (BDA) v1.00, its first version, published with an RFC 3161 time stamp.
April 2026. Four papers on Zenodo, each with its DOI:
Now. Convoking4’s development evolved into Decisiontect, which implements the Solo Decision Architecture (SDA) model.
